To be an eligible candidate you must have experience in export documentation and logistics processes.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Coordinating freight bookings for customer and updating shipment details
- Advising customers on any changes with relation to shipping details
- Preparing and revising documents for air and sea shipments
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure product is available to meet delivery times
- Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
- Providing assistance to sales and other team members
- General office and administrative tasks
- Enjoy working with customer and providing exceptional service
- Great communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work across a variety of tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Take initiative and ownership of your duties and responsibilities
- Attention to detail with accurate and efficient data entry skills
