Export Operations with ref. 3909906

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a Global Freight Forwarder located in Botany. They are seeking an Export Operator to be responsible for the end to end coordination of all export shipments (Air/Sea) internationally/domestically. To be an eligible applicant you must have prior export operations forwarding experience.

Main Responsibilities:

Preparing quotes
Receiving bookings for export shipments
Booking freight with airlines/shipping lines
Arranging transport/cartage
Preparing documentation
Liaising with clients, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders and internal departments

Role Requirements:

Experience in Export Operations
CargoWise essential
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
A high level of Customer Service
Attention to detail
Accuracy and proficient data entry skills
