Deb has over 20 years experience in administration and customer service. After completing studies in administration Deb worked in a variety of administration and personal assistant roles, ending up with Qantas as the Executive Assistant to the Group General Manager. Deb was always passionate about international travel and customer service and after 4 years as the EA she transitioned into a flight attendant role with Qantas she continued to work for 8 years. Deb left flight attending to take care of her family, during this time she trained as a yoga instructor, working in a variety of gyms and was later employed with the same yoga company she trained with as a course coordinator.

Sharyn met Deb during one of her yoga classes and instantly connected. Starting with People in Focus in a support role, Deb demonstrated a talent for recruitment and quickly transitioned into a consultant role.
