Duties and responsibilities:
- Be responsible for communicating with a portfolio of clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding shipment status, documentation, and general inquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customs, warehousing, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate freight handling
- Handle order processing, quotations, and follow-up support
- Resolve issues and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment
- 5 years experience in freight forwarding in a similar role
- Strong understanding of international shipping procedures (air/ocean/import/export)
- Proficient in CargoWise, ICS and MS Office
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
