Pick Packer Team Leader with ref. 3824075

Young up and coming logistics company located in Sydney's south-west is growing quickly and seeking an experienced pick packer to lead their team in a full time permanent role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Pick and pack orders and lead the team
Load and unload pallets
Help with container unloading
Keep warehouse clean and organised
Identify and locate products
Inspect product quality before packing
Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies

Role Requirements:

Forklift License Essential
Previous warehouse experience
Ability to lift up to 20kgs
Experience in using handheld scanners
Able to work in fast paced environment
Follow safety procedures
Show attention to detail
Have strong communication skills
Able to work independently
Reliable and hard working
