Export Sea Operations with ref. 3867546

This role plays a vital part in ensuring that shipments are processed accurately and efficiently, while also focusing on exceptional customer service, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and prepare documents necessary for shipments
Ensure accurate shipment routing and processing of freight
Coordinate and monitor shipments from start to finish
Communicate with customers, service providers, and other branches to ensure smooth operations
Timely and accurate data entry into operational systems to ensure correct billing, invoicing, and accounting processes
Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently
Provide proactive customer service to exceed expectations
Work with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the seamless processing and delivery of shipments
Willingness to help and support other team members and collaborate for the company's success

Qualifications:

Global logistics or sea freight experience is essential, preferably Export Sea experience
A college graduate or higher
Computer Skills: Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel and MS Word
Experience using CargoWise an advantage
Ability to work full time in Australia
