Your Role:
As an Export Air Operator, you will manage and coordinate export shipments (predominantly air) both internationally and domestically, ensuring a seamless process from booking to delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in freight forwarding operations, in export air (at least 2 years)
- Experience with CargoWise (desirable but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High-level customer service orientation
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in data entry
- Receive and manage bookings for export shipments
- Arrange freight bookings with airlines and shipping lines
- Organize transportation and cartage services
- Prepare and review shipping documentation
- Communicate with clients, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
