Export Air Operations (Perishables) with ref.

Due to a sustained period of growth this International Freight Forwarder is seeking an experienced Export Air Operator. The company is located in Sydney's South West, close proximity to the M5, with a great team environment and the opportunity for development and career progression.
Company is also open to you being based in Melbourne.

As an Export Airfreight Operator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of airfreight operations, with a primary focus on exports, including dangerous goods and perishables.

Key functions include:

Registration of shipments
Coalition of all relevant paperwork
Preparation of export documentations, including invoices
Pre-alerts to overseas offices
Ensure security arrangements and procedures are met
Tracking and updates of flight arrivals/departures
Ensure dangerous good/hazardous guidelines are met
Assist with airfreight pricing and quoting
Liaise with Airlines, Service Provides and Clients

Knowledge/Experience required:

Must be experienced in using CargoWise
Solid Export Air Freight Operations experience
Security Regulations Accredited
Industry related software experience
Computer literacy MS Word, MS Excel & Outlook
Excellent communication skills - verbal & written
Ability to meet deadlines
Attention to detail
