This well-established Australian owned business is seeking a National Sales Manager to grow sales and develop the sales team for the transport services. The company is located in Smeaton Grange and specialises in interstate/local transport, 3PL, FCL transport services and international freight forwarding. To be an eligible applicant it is essential you have sales experience in transport.

Responsibilities & duties include:

Managing and growing the sales team
Strengthening sales processes
CRM implementation
New business sales
Account management of existing business
Coordinating sales meetings and working with reps on continued business development

Attributes & skills required:

Proven track record in sales
Previous experience in management or senior role
Ability to generate sales lead and build relationships
Motivated and excited to put things in place and take initiative
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to negotiate and provide solutions
Preferred experience across a variety of supply chain, road transport, 3PL and FCL transport
Current Driver's License
