Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Allocating work to contractors
- Booking accommodation and flights
- Keeping the budget on track
- Fleet management
- Monitoring and relaying transport movements back to clients
- Entering job requests into the system
- Ensure OH&S are current and implemented
Role Requirements:
- Allocation experience
- Forklift License desirable, but not essential
- Sound knowledge of the Major Australian metro areas required
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Calm and professional telephone manner
- Data Entry Skills – intermediate
- Microsoft Office skills - Intermediate
- Self-motivated and well disciplined
- Organised
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
