Duties and responsibilities:
- Monitoring and providing customer service to a broad range of different clients
- Providing quotations
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and data input of disbursement invoices
- Internal liaison with other departments and providing necessary support
- Effective communication to respond to customer concerns and operational issues
- Assist in all customer service requirements
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 5 year’s experience in freight forwarding
- EDI & ICS experience essential
- Exposure to working in a team environment
- Enthusiastic, honest with a strong work ethic
